Birth control can affect milk sippy, more in some than others. While birth control is important, try asking for a low estrogen pill. The ideas mentioned so far are great. Try these and you can also add herbal supplements, such as lactation blend or more milk plus.

There is also a great presciption you can ask your OB to call into a compounding pharmacy. It’s called Jack Newmans all purpose nipple ointment. First, cracked nipples need to figured out at the root cause. Most likely it is the cause of shallow latch. Working with someone to ensure you are getting the deepest best latch you can at each feed will heal and prevent these. using your own breast milk works wonders, along with air drying. using a triple antibiotic ointment also helps.…[Read more]
