I am a new-again mom of my 3rd boy. He turned 4 months on the 17th of this month. For the last 3 days and nights my little guy is refusing to nurse. Now that I am pumping exclusively, I have gone from getting 4-5oz each session to 1.5-2oz each session. I tried feeding him my milk through an eyedropper, bait and switch with the bottle, wait until he is sleepy, nothing has worked and I am freaking out about it. I’ve heard of nursing strikes, but I’ve never experienced one before. I don’t like it and I don’t know what to do. Any advice or ideas will be hugely appreciated.

Hi Jessica! Sorry that no one has replied yet!

How are things going now? Any improvement?

It seems like there are a few issues going on- less output with pumping and also baby refusing to nurse. It sounds like you are nursing and feeding pumped milk? Did I get that right?

    Meghan
